The apartment was well set up and very clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were cozy. Having 2 bathrooms was convenient. Great location near public transportation. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was convenient, being right near Southern Cross Station and close to everything in the city. The free tram line was right outside, making it easy for us to explore and get to all the tourist attractions. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, which appeared new and well-maintained.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and tram stop. The view from our room on the 63rd floor was lovely. The apartment was well equipped and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was ideal for our group. We also appreciated the nearby convenience store and supermarket. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and fine views.

During our stay, we found the location to be extremely convenient. The hotel was in close proximity to trams in the free CBD zone, allowing us easy access to explore the city. being very close to Southern Cross train station, it made our travel in and out of the city hassle-free. the hotel was situated within walking distance to everything we required, including shops and restaurants.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of walk-up reception on the ground floor. Although we had to wait briefly for the staff to come down to the ground floor to assist us, their prompt response and helpfulness made up for the inconvenience.

We had a fantastic time at this place with its great location right on the free tram line. It made getting around super easy! The room had excellent amenities including the kitchen, with everything we needed, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV to help us relax. The staff was very attentive, and the leisure spa & wellness center provided a variety of options including indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa facilities that certainly helped us unwind.
We highly recommend this hotel to friends looking for a great staycation.
